Onsite Development
Onsite Development
Development at client site is mainly done by Sagient Technologies to know each and every process of clients business and to provide the best solutions. . For the whole duration of the project, Engineers of Sagient Technologies work closely with client’s designate project teams, which may include client management, project managers, business analysts, in-house technical team, users, etc.
Offsite Development
Here work is performed at Sagient Technologies development centers. As a first step of working with client, our team meets with client to work through the details of the engagement and define the project scope, deliverables, screen layouts, reporting, functionality issues, timelines and other aspects of project development. After gathering of all requirements and necessary details regarding project, work shifts to development centers.
Hybrid Development
This Approach is a combination of onsite and offsite development. The onsite team will directly interact with the client and, depending on project specifics, will serve as liaison. Onsite team will take care of gathering requirements regarding design, functionality and architecture of the project. Offsite team from its side will interact only with the onsite team and will provide additional consulting, business analyses and support on crucial questions. Therefore it will reduce cost and time of development project.
